2. Age Restrictions and Supervision

• Children under 3 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Children aged 3-12 must be supervised by a responsible adult
• Adults accompanying children are responsible for their safety and behavior
• Maximum weight limit per inflatable: 150 kg (330 lbs)

3. Safety Rules

• No shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects allowed on inflatables
• No food, drinks, or chewing gum on the equipment
• No rough play, pushing, or fighting
• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions
• Users must be in good physical health
• Pregnant women are advised not to use the equipment

4. Liability and Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate at your own risk
• BBCastle Private Limited is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
• You are responsible for your own safety and that of your children

5. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows will forfeit their booking fee
• Group bookings may have different terms

• Activities may be suspended due to severe weather conditions
• In case of rain or strong winds, facilities will be closed for safety
• Alternative dates will be offered for weather-related cancellations

7. Behavior and Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected from all visitors
• Staff reserves the right to remove disruptive individuals
• No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct
• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

8. Photography and Privacy

• BBCastle Private Limited may take photographs for promotional purposes
• By entering the premises, you consent to photography

9. Property Damage

• Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to equipment
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible party
